Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or United State Postal Service. Expedited shipping services are available.

Orders received will normally be shipped within 24 hours. You will be notified of any delays in shipping or inventory shortages. We are constantly updating the manuals, and occasionally backorders may occur in-between editions.

All returns must have prior authorization. Returns are accepted in cases of shipping damage or printing or binding workmanship issues. Damaged manuals will be promptly replaced with new manuals upon receipt of the damaged product. Advanced replacements are available, but will be billed and then credited upon receipt of the damaged manuals.
